Workshop with Venerable Bhante Sanāthāvihārī
Join us at Sala Dāna for a special evening with Theravāda monk Bhante Sanathavihari. The session will include Dhamma reflections, guided meditation practice, and time for questions and dialogue in a friendly and contemplative atmosphere.
This is a valuable opportunity to receive teachings from a monastic deeply rooted in the Theravāda tradition and to connect with others interested in Buddhist philosophy and meditation.
The event is open to everyone — whether you have an established meditation practice or are simply curious to learn more.

Sala Dāna is a heated meditation space equipped with chairs, cushions, benches and blankets. We kindly ask participants to remove their shoes before entering the hall.

In keeping with the traditional Buddhist spirit of generosity (dana), there is no fixed price for this event. At the end of the session, you are welcome to offer a donation if you wish. Suggested donation: €10.
About Bhante Sanāthāvihārī
Bhante Sanathavihari is a Mexican-American Theravada monk based at the Sarathchandra Buddhist Center in North Hollywood, a Sri Lankan-origin temple. He is a disciple of the late Dr. Bhante Madawela Puññaji and the founder of Casa De Bhavana, a project dedicated to sharing the Dhamma with the Spanish-speaking world. He is also co-author of Buddhism in 10 Steps.
