Every Wednesday 20h – 21:15
We have added a second English speaking meditation on Wednesdays at 20h, starting the Wednesday 5th of October 2022.
Our program normally includes a 30 minute Samatha and Vipassana style meditation, a walking meditation, and a short Buddha dharma talk. We end with a Metta or Loving Kindness meditation. Usually, there is time for Q&A and reflection.
The group is normally led by Martyna, Josée or Ana Mónica.
The group is suitable for beginners and long time practitioners.
The guidance and discussion is in English with some Spanish translation.
The group is free (donations welcomed).
After the meeting, some people go to dinner together.
